Hey CJ, I'm not 100% certain of the tune, the previous owner told me it was a JWT ECU, ran fine when I first got it - the issue started when I switched to AshSpec IC's/piping, but at the time, I just figured it was a vacuum leak (and there were a few, found and fixed back then, but the problem didn't go away of course). I'm...hesitant to blame it on the ECU/tune, because the idle isn't particularly stable even with the throttle 100% closed, and I wouldn't imagine new IC's/piping affecting the airflow through the IACV (since at that point it'd be the only source of air to the engine, right?) Do you think that new charge pipes without a re-tune could potentially be the cause?
